To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the end of World War 2, a special commemorative Pilots Ale bottle was designed. The project was in particular to commemorate the heroics of the RAF during the battle of Britain, and so, the sky blue bottle adorned with silhouettes of the bombers in the sky was produced. 

The problem of allowing space on the bottle for the plane imagery was solved by including all the information on a thin strip running up the back of the bottle. 

The contrasting colours are vibrant and striking and certainly would make the bottle stand out from the rest.
